It is hard to believe that 3 weeks from today we will be meeting our son for the first time. I am nervous but also really excited. Today, I am going to enjoy my time with my son and daughter and head out to the fair. It is a gorgeous day and it will be nice to be outside and eat unhealthy food.
My son was very excited this morning because I found his snake (I almost had a heart attack). I was washing my hands in the downstairs bathroom and when I picked up the towel to dry my hands, the snake was under the towel. I am not sure where the snake has been for the past couple of days because we cleared everything off the counter looking for it. However, I am thinking the we are probably going to need to let the snake go back into the wild before TJ comes home. Ironically, no one has offered to watch our snake for us:)

Very funny story about the snake.
I bet Andrew is very happy.
Enjoy your day at the fair. See you on Tuesday. The three weeks will fly by and then you can bring home TJ!
Yikes! I would have screamed! Hope you had fun today! Talk with ya soon!
I am so glad that you found Andrew's snake. I think maybe the snake might be happier too in his own environment (sounds good anyway!) Good luck with all of that! I hope you had fun at the fair. It was a beautiful day to go. See you Tuesday!!! Tell Andrew to get a good night's sleep on Monday night because we will have a busy day on Tuesday!
I just found your blog...We're also the Johnsons adopting from Ethiopia...We're using AllGod's Children and are #20 something on the list...we have a new number in the 20's somewhere and should get it Tuesday...congrats on your son, Kristi Johnson
