The Process
- Nov. 2006 - Attended an adoption informational meeting.
- Jan, 2007 - Sent in an application to our adoption agency.
- Jan. - Feb., 2007 - Completed 1st adoption packet.
- June, 2007 - Attended a 2 day adoption class - we decided to adopt from Ethiopia.
- July, 2007 - DH and I completed our self-study for our adoption.
- Aug., 2007 - Completed our home studies.
- August, 2007 - Received our dossier paperwork for Ethiopia.
- Sept., 2007 - Sent in our dossier.
- Sept. 25, 2007 - We are officially on the waiting list.
- May 22, 2008 - Received a referral for a baby boy from Ethiopia.

So so so cute!! Congrats!!!
Wow Amy...he is absolutely adorable!! His eyes are unbelievable and I bet when he smiles they will light up a room! He looks like a very sweet little boy! I can't wait to meet him! I will say many prayers for a safe trip over there and a fast return home so we can all welcome him to your family!
